No visit to Niagara Falls, USA is complete without experiencing the Niagara River Gorge and Class 5 rapids below The Falls. This guided morning or afternoon tour is perfect for family vacations, friend reunions, bachelor parties, girls weekends, church groups, company team building, and more! This tour leaves from Devils Hole State Park, where there is free parking. Your New York State Licensed Hiking Tour Guide will lead you along the Niagara River to the famous Whirlpool rapids. Your group can decide to take the relaxed walking tour along the upper rim of the Niagara River OR hike 400+ steps down into the gorge where you will get up close to the powerful Class 5 Rapids. Keep in mind if we hike into the gorge you must take the winding stairs 400 steps up to the top of the gorge. We will also have some time to explore the upper rim of the Whirlpool Park. Regardless of the route we take, along the way you’ll learn about local history and nature, enjoy fabulous views, take memorable photos, see the Jet Boats navigate the rapids and maybe encounter a few critters along the way. We will then head back along the upper rim trail to the Devils Hole parking lot.
